Can Günther be used as a customer chatbot?

No. Günther is a personal assistant for you — it processes your prompts, not your customers'. For customer chatbots, use the official WhatsApp Business API with a BSP.

May I enter customer data into Günther?

Only if you have a legal basis (consent, data processing agreement, legitimate interest). With a DPA, Günther becomes a processor — then you may feed business content in.

How does the DPA process work?

Send a short message to [email protected] with company name, legal form, and use case. You get the DPA as PDF — once signed by both sides it becomes part of your GDPR documentation.

What happens with messages on the business number?

Günther processes messages from the same user (same phone number) together in context. Business and private numbers are separate contexts — cleanly isolated by design.

Are there multi-user or team features?

Not today. Each phone number = one Günther account. For shared business communication, the official WhatsApp Business API is the right path — Günther complements where personal AI support is needed.
